About me

My journey began when I chose to move to Sweden, to be with my partner. The move came with many lessons. I found myself in an existential crisis and a lot of confusion. I noticed reactions I couldn't explain, emotions I couldn't control. That's how my search began.

I worked on myself through different forms of therapy – psychosomatic, family constellations, regressive hypnosis, coaching. At the same time, I was working as a nail technician, a job that gave me stability. Without realizing it, I was having more and more deep conversations with my clients. Many told me they felt "like after therapy." That's when I started to notice that this is something I truly love.

Dance came later, in a femininity program. For the first time, I danced freely to an ecstatic melody. It was a profoundly healing experience. I started dancing alone at home and felt myself blooming, confidence and strength emerging.

Even though my English wasn't great and I didn't know how I would afford it, I chose to go to Bali for Somatic Dance training. Dance puts you face to face with yourself. It connects you with your body, with the emotions and memories stored in every part of it. Through movement, you can release what no longer serves you.

Afterward, I also completed coaching training, with a focus on emotions. For me, coaching is a space of curiosity and gentleness. Every emotion comes to tell us something about ourselves, to speak to us about a need.

Today I guide people through somatic dance, coaching, and women's circles – safe spaces to return home to yourself.
